Welcome to LifeSkills of Opa Locka! We're here to help you earn your high school diploma.
LifeSkills in Opa Locka is easy to find on the corner of Alexandria Drive and NW 135 Street. We're across the street from Vankara Child Care Center, just 2 blocks West of 32nd Avenue. You can get to school via the Tri-Rail - Opa Locka Station stop, and Miami Dade Transit Bus Routes: 27, 28, 32, 42, 97, E. If you drive to school, you can enter our parking lot via the Alexandria Drive entrance, proceed into the parking lot and turn right.
We've helped many students earn their high school diploma, and you can be next. Thanks to LifeSkills employment training, our graduates are working at Land Shark (Dolphin) Stadium, North Side Shopping Center, McDonald's, FootLocker, Wendy's, Burger King, The Board of Education of Miami Dade County Public Schools, Hair/Nail Salons, North West Seafood Company, Metro PCS, and the City of Opa Locka.
In the community, we participate in several blood drives and we have sent volunteers to various events in and surrounding the Metro Dade area.
