Welcome to LifeSkills of Lee County!  We're here to help you earn your high school diploma.

LifeSkills of Lee County is located in the Dunbar Shopping Center on MLK just past the Veronica Shoemaker light and across the street from the Pepsi plant.

You can take Lee Tran (city bus) or drive to school.  There is a parking lot directly in front of the school.

We've helped nearly 300 young people get their future moving with a high school diploma.  Our graduates work for clothing stores, auto detailing/paint shops, fast food restaurants, day cares, boys and girls clubs, and call centers - to name a few.

One student, a valedictorian, graduated and went to Purdue University on an academic scholarship.  One young man graduated, went to barber's college and is now working at a very high-end barber shop.  We have also sent many young men and women to the armed forces, and they are currently serving our country and fighting for our freedoms.  The majority of our graduates are presently working or attending college.

You may have seen us in the community.  Our staff and students participate in just about every community event there is. We have participated in holiday food give-a-ways and beginning of the school year book bag and school supply drives.  We set up tables at the Dunbar Community Easter Parade/Celebration and help set up the Dr. Martin Luther King Celebration downtown every year.

On the web, we are directly connected with the Department of Child & Family Services, and we have access to online applications for food stamps, cash assistance, social security benefits, Medicaid, daycare services, etc.  That website is www.myflorida.com/access.florida
