Lake Erie LifeSkills
Welcome to LifeSkills of Lake Erie! We are here to help you earn your high school diploma.
We are located on Madison Ave,, across the street from Convient Mart and Gyro George. The Cleveland RTA is available for transportation. If you want to drive to school, parking is available in the front and the east side of the building.
More than 430 students have graduated with their high school diploma from LifeSkills of Lake Erie! These students have gone on to work for nursing facilities, Cleveland Hopkins Airport, Progressive Field, Quicken Loans Arena, Cleveland Browns Stadium and the Cleveland Animal Protection Agency - to name a few.
The student and faculty do a lot to help out the community. We have hosted 5 American Red Cross blood drives. We also volunteer at Cleveland Metro Health, Cleveland Clinic and the Great Lakes Science Center.

About LifeSkills of Lake Erie:
- Students attend class five days a week – one session per day.
- Instruction is primarily computer-based.
- Qualified teachers act as facilitators to help guide the students' learning.
- All students have the same graduation requirements as public school students.
- Once enrolled, students will be assisted in finding a job or or an opportunity to provide community service.
- Every student receives an individual academic and career plan which serves as his/her academic and life skills guide.
- Tuition is free, just as in a traditional public school.
- Upon graduation, the student earns an actual state-recognized high school diploma – not a GED – and valuable job experience.
